First appearing in Marvel Comics in 2016, Riri quickly gains recognition for her intellect and resourcefulness, eventually earning the mentorship of Tony Stark himself. After Stark's death, she takes on the mantle of Ironheart, using her advanced technology to fight crime and protect the innocent, often grappling with the legacy of Iron Man while forging her own path as a superhero. She has since become a prominent figure in the Marvel Universe, appearing in animated series, video games, and most recently, her own Disney+ series.
