Susie Wolff (née Stoddart) is a Scottish former professional racing driver and current managing director of the F1 Academy. She achieved considerable success in motorsport, competing in Formula Renault, British Formula Three, and the DTM series before becoming a development driver for the Williams Formula One team. In 2014, she made history by becoming the first woman to participate in a Formula One race weekend in 22 years when she drove in a practice session at the British Grand Prix. Following her retirement from racing, Wolff has dedicated herself to promoting women in motorsport, initially founding the "Dare to be Different" initiative and now leading the F1 Academy, a single-seater championship aimed at developing young female drivers for higher levels of competition.
