Ryan Poles is the current general manager of the Chicago Bears of the National Football League (NFL). Hired in January 2022, Poles is responsible for all aspects of the Bears' football operations, including player personnel decisions, scouting, and draft strategy. Prior to joining the Bears, Poles spent 13 seasons with the Kansas City Chiefs, working his way up from a scouting assistant to the executive director of player personnel. His tenure with the Chiefs saw significant success, including multiple division titles and a Super Bowl LIV victory. He is now tasked with rebuilding the Bears franchise and leading them back to contention.
