Vlade Divac is a Serbian former professional basketball player and current basketball executive. Standing at 7'1", he primarily played center and was known for his exceptional passing skills, court vision, and charismatic personality. Divac enjoyed a successful NBA career spanning 16 seasons, playing for the Los Angeles Lakers, Charlotte Hornets, and Sacramento Kings. He was a key figure in popularizing basketball internationally, particularly in Europe, and was one of the first European players to achieve significant success in the NBA. After retiring, he held management positions with the Lakers and Kings, and currently serves as a special advisor for the Sacramento Kings. He was inducted into the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame in 2019.
